ML8 SUB on poikkeuksellisen jäykkä käsin valmistettu paperikartio ainutlaatuisella ″MicroSphere″-pinnoitteella, joka koostuu polymeerikerrokseen upotetuista keraamisista mikroskooppisista ontoista palloista. Tämä ratkaisu tarjoaa parhaan mahdollisen impulssivasteen.

Our specifications for the net volume of sealed enclosures always refer to unfilled cabinets without any damping material inside. The net volumes can be reduced if the cabinet will be filled completely (not stuffed) with suitable materials. The following materials can be used for this purpose:
polyester wadding achieves a volume reduction of up to 5%
mineral wool or rock wool achieves a volume reduction of up to 10%
sheep wool achieves a volume reduction of up to 20% come
Note:
Damping of vented enclosure (as long as they are solely used in the frequency range up to 150 Hz) is counterproductive because the damping material generally reduces the effectiveness of the bassreflex port.
